How Do Affirmations Work?

 

Affirmations or positive thoughts are a good way of positive self talk. Sometimes we can't think of good things to say to ourselves and we need a little help getting started.

 

What I did was print the list and post it on my refrigerator and bathroom mirror. This way I saw it through out the day and several times a day.

Affirmations for Personal Growth

 

Create Positive Affirmations

 

Creating your own affirmations is something you can add to this list when you think of one. List positive affirmations at the bottom of this sheet. You could even have a "thought for the day affirmations". If you say them enough, you will start to believe them.
