Anxiety and Depression
Why is Positive Thinking Important?
This can also help with anxiety panic attacks .
If you can change the negative thoughts to positive ones, you can begin to stop the worrying.
It is just an endless cycle.
You talk negative, you start worrying then an anxiety or anxiety panic attack happens.

When you have these feelings your body produces more adrenaline, which makes your heart beat faster and your blood pressure rise.
If you stop and think of something positive it will help the anxiety attack go away. I know that is easier said then done, but with practice you can begin to change your thinking.
Say for instance you have a doctors appointment and you start obsessing over it you will cause yourself to have an anxiety attack. You have no proof that the doctor will find anything wrong.
If you keep having negative thoughts, you will have an attack. Try to think positive. Why worry about something that has not even happened?
If you only think of negative things, the harder it will be to change to positive thinking and have a positive outlook. You can retrain your brain to see things in a positive way.
Try positive self affirmations! It is a great way to start the positive thinking.
You were not born to see things negative, it is a learned behavior. So there is not reason you cannot retrain yourself to be a positive person.

If you feel bad about yourself, you could fall into anxiety and depression.
Stress can be helped by positive thinking. Stress can raise your blood pressure, which makes your heart work harder. Also, stress can weaken your immune system.
Only good things can come to you if you only keep it positive! You will be much happier and healthier person in the long run.
I did it and so can you!
