It is with you every day. Regular stress comes and goes.
The chronic stress is constant and you stress all day.
Short term stress can turn into chronic stress if you don't find ways to reduce stress or if the pressure doesn't relieve itself.

The symptoms are the same for chronic stress as it is for acute stress.
The difference is the stress times do not end.
With chronic stress it can be more crippling to your daily life. It can make it harder to do everyday things.
This kind of stress can make your body sick, too. It is not healthy. It could raise your blood pressure, which in turn could make other parts of your body sick.

I suggest printing them and hanging them up where when you are in the "moment" and can't think you can go and read the list until you find one that will help you.
Stress can be managed.
You just need to find what works best for you!
