Dr Siegal's Cookie Diet
After attacking overcoming anxiety and depression I was ready for a new me! My mind and body were ready for a change in life style.
I know I tried many different programs to lose weight while depressed and after I found my way out of my depression. But not many things would work. I finally found one program that did help me!
My husband and I went on this diet and lost 25 pounds between us. The cookies are really good! We tried them all and they were all good, but our favorite was the Blueberry cookies!
You eat a cookie for breakfast and one for lunch, than have a healthy meal for dinner. It is that simple!
