Below are three simple stress management techniques to relieving stress and anxiety and depression.

Taking the first step is the hardest. You need to realize where you are in life is up to you. We tend to blame circumstances or other people for what happens to us. But reality is most of the time we are in control. If you believe that the stress, anxiety and depression is out of your control you become a victim. Once you accept your circumstances you caan begin to think aboiut your situation and find a solution It may seem overwhelming,
but actually it is very freeing.
- Decide to rid your life of depression and anxiety and stress. Tell yourself you are attacking overcoming anxiety and depression and your stress. You have the skills to do this inside yourself. it just takes opening the door to those skills.
- Change your thought process. You are what you think. Change your thoughts to positive ones and you will change your life. If you think in negative ways your life will be negative.
