Stress in School
Stress in school is very real. It doesn't matter if you are in Middle or High school or even college.
Stress can be caused by anything.
The following are a few stresses at school and tips for school stress relief.
- Test are big stressers. They count for such a large part of your overall class grade. You may panic at a test, but try to treat it as any other part of the class. A tip for conquering test is to review the material you learned that day after you get thome. This will save you from having to cram for a test the night before.
- Homework causes stress, because you have already spent so many hours at school your brain is just tired. You look forward to relaxing when you get home. A way to conquer this kind of stress is to go ahead and relax when you get home. Do your homework later in the day or you could break it up throughout the evening. Take short breaks in between the subjects.
- Other people can stress you too. You have to be around others at school, but you can help that stress by protecting
yourself.

Personally I sit in the chair or desk nearest the door.
This limits the number of peeople that sit around me.
Also, if I start to have a panic attack just step outsided in the hall for a moment until the feeling goes away.
